All pre-order items will get their items shipped and delivered on the date/within 7 days of that has been mentioned on the order page. You will also receive a text confirmation and date of delivery sent to your number upon purchase of item.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, please email us at turntplanet@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away at turntplanet@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, and we will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
