Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email will allow you to track the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. However, if your package has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
